I know this shop has changed hands many times before and I've never had a problem before, in fact I used to look forward to using this establishment because they were always reliable. Tonight i waited over 90 minutes and after I finally rand to enquire about the status, I was met at my door by a driver who mumbled something that I did not quite catch, I was was rewarded with a rubbery tasteless in-edible pizza. If this is the quality and service I'm going to receive, I will not use this establishment again until it changes hands again.....which is obviously inevitable
